Frank Allen

Frank received an undergraduate degree from the University of Richmond in Business Administration in 1994, with concentrations in accounting and finance, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Frank has served as the Director of Employer Relations for over five years, providing leadership to a team of three staff who are responsible for managing relationships with alumni, parents, and recruiters who help Spiders explore careers and access experiential learning and job opportunities. Prior to his current role, he was the Associate Director of Career Services for nearly five years, working primarily with students interested in careers in accounting and finance.

Prior to returning to University of Richmond, Frank spent over 15 years in the finance industry, beginning as a Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond and moving to client-facing roles at Wachovia Bank (now Wells Fargo) and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist). During this time, he was active in the recruiting activities of these banks and served on the Career Services Advisory Council.
