Data Request Form
We are able to provide first destination outcomes (6-months post-graduation), student career interests, and internship data.
- For one-year-out employment data, please complete the Institutional Effectiveness data request form.
- For other alumni data, please complete the Advancement Systems data request form.
Please note:
- We receive many data requests, and this form helps us fulfill requests in an accurate and efficient manner.
- Please fill out the entire form as specifically as possible (including the data fields you are requesting.)
- Data will be provided in Microsoft Excel format via email attachment or Box link. If you need the data in another form, please note that in your request.
- Please allow two weeks for data request fulfillment.
- Outcomes data are only externally reported in aggregate. Any personally identifying student information must be kept confidential.
