    Leslie is the Director of Career Development at the University of Richmond, where she has served since 2006. In this capacity, she partners with many constituencies to assist students in reaching their career goals. Prior to Richmond, she held leadership roles in the career centers at the University of Baltimore and University of Virginia. 

    She represented the university during a Fulbright International Educators Awards seminar in Germany.  Leslie currently co-chairs the National Association of Colleges and Employers conference committee and has held a variety of volunteer positions with NACE and other career services and community organizations. Originally from the Eastern Shore of Virginia, she graduated from UVA with a degree in English and Sociology. After working as a retail bank manager in the Washington, DC area, Leslie returned to school for her master’s in College Student Personnel at the University of Maryland.
