Representatives from a variety of organizations engage with University of Richmond to specifically hire Spiders. The Employer Relations team is comprised of Career Services staff members who establish relationships with top organizations to develop internship and job opportunities for Richmond students and alumni.
Interview Room Reservations
Interview rooms, in the Career Services Employer Relations Suite on the second floor of the Queally Center, are available for University of Richmond students to reserve for the purpose of conducting interviews and other career-related activities, whether coordinated by Career Services or an employer/organization.
Days and Hours of Availability
Students may reserve an interview room Monday – Friday, exception to holidays, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. ET based upon availability. All interviews must conclude by 4:30 p.m. ET.
For those wishing to reserve an interview room, advance notice is strongly recommended. Rooms are subject to availability, with on-campus recruiting events (OCI) and prior reservations receiving precedence.
Room reservation requests must be received no later than 12 p.m. the business day before the requested usage date. Requests received after that time are not guaranteed. You will receive a confirmation email if your request is accepted. Read all our interview room reservation policies here.

What to Bring With You
- Technology - Career Services does not provide phone and/or video conferencing equipment for use. Please bring the necessary technology needed for the interview with you.
- Your resume
- Pen and paper for note-taking
- Water (communal water/refill stations are currently unavailable)
COVID-19 Information
All visitors to the Queally Center for Admission and Career Services suite are expected to follow social distancing recommendations and wear a mask when they are not in their personal interview room. Visitors will be responsible for sanitizing their personal interview room upon arrival and again prior to departure. University owned technological equipment will not be available for visitor usage until further notice.
