Interview Room Reservation Form

Students may reserve an interview room in the Career Services Employer Relations suite Monday – Friday, exception to holidays, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. ET based upon availability. All interviews must conclude by 4:30 p.m. ET. Room reservation blocks have a maximum limit of 90 minutes each.

For those wishing to reserve an interview room, advance notice is strongly recommended. Rooms are subject to availability, with on-campus recruiting events (OCI) and prior reservations receiving precedence.

Room reservation requests must be received no later than 12 p.m. the business day before the requested usage date. Requests received after that time are not guaranteed. You will receive a confirmation email if your request is accepted.

Please note, Career Services does not provide phone and/or video conferencing equipment for use. Please bring the necessary technology with you to the Queally Center Career Services Employer Relations suite.
