Padmaja Karki
Lead Peer Advisor
Padmaja is a senior majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Mathematics. At UR, they are part of the A Cappella group Off the Cuff and the dance club Bollywood Jhatkas. Padmaja has been working with Career Services for two years now and this year she is working as our Lead Peer Advisor.
Katherine Stobie
Lead Peer Advisor
Katherine is a junior majoring in History and Leadership Studies. At UR, they are a part of the knitting club and the Humanities Center. Outside of UR, they enjoy reading, rewatching movies, and spending time with animals. Katherine has been a Peer Advisor since the Fall of 2024 and loves the office community. They decided to become a PA because they wanted to connect with and help fellow students outside of their majors.

Lia is a sophomore double majoring in Business Administration, concentration in International Business, and German Studies. At UR, she is a part of Alpha Kappa Psi, Women in Business, Club Tennis, and Club Pickleball. Outside of UR, she works with children and enjoys traveling. Lia has been a Peer Advisor since Fall ’25 and loves the positive office community. She decided to become a PA because she loves assisting students and hopes to help them achieve their career goals!

Muskan is a senior majoring in Mathematical Economics and minoring in Business administration. At UR, she is a part of Bollywood Jhatkas, Women in Economics and UR ETF fund. Outside of UR, she likes to volunteer and enjoys travelling. Muskan has been a peer advisor since her sophomore year and loves the meaningful connections she has been able to build with her fellow peers and advisors.
Ahona Anjum
Ahona is a senior majoring in Economics and minoring in Gender Studies. She is interested in consulting and public policy as a career, and will be pursuing consulting in Washington D.C. after graduation. She is also involved in organizations like South Asian Student Alliance, Robins Diversity Coalition and the New Spider Orientation Program. She has been working as a Peer Advisor for two years now and is very excited to start senior year off with the team!
Sophia Chilelli
Sophia is a sophomore double-majoring in PPEL (Philosophy, Politics, Economics, and Law. At UR, she is a member of the mock trial team and AKPsi pre-professional fraternity. Outside of UR, she enjoys running, traveling, and weight-lifting. Sophia started as a PA this year and has enjoyed getting to know the staff at the Career Center. She decided to become a PA to learn more about professional development and help other students find the necessary resources to succeed in their careers.
Reagan Leahy
Reagan is a sophomore majoring in Business Administration and Leadership Studies. At UR, they are a part of Alpha Kappa Psi and UR Relay for Life. Outside of UR, they love sailing, going to the beach, and trying new restaurants. Reagan has been a Peer Advisor since Fall 2025 and love the inclusive and supportive environment of the office. They decided to become a PA because they took GES 187, a class focused on learning about all the resources Career Services has to offer.
Doga Senyurt
Doga is a freshman at the University of Richmond, originally from Istanbul, Turkey. She intends to pursue a triple major in Business Management, Economics, and Music. Her academic and professional interests lie at the intersection of management, entrepreneurship, fashion merchandising, music composition, and vocal performance. Doga has been a Peer Advisor since Fall 2025, and the highlight of her work in Career Services has been helping students discover professional career opportunities.
TJ Elrod
TJ Elrod is a sophomore majoring in PPEL At UR, they are a part of Sigma Eta Phi and Lifting Club. Outside of UR, they DJ, workout and watch movies. TJ has been a Peer Advisor since fall 2025 and he loves the sense of community in the Career Center. They decided to become a PA because of his passion for peer mentorship.
