Compass Conference | August 7-9, 2026

Embark on an exciting journey to explore careers in accounting through Deloitte’s Compass Conference. This immersive experience is intended to introduce you to rewarding opportunities in accounting, foster professional development, and shine a spotlight on Deloitte’s inclusive and vibrant culture. Deloitte’s Compass Conference is hosted at Deloitte’s Leadership Center, Deloitte University, in Westlake, Texas. Deloitte covers all travel and lodging expenses for participants selected for the program.

Note, this opportunity is a non-work, unpaid, non-employment development opportunity intended solely for the benefit of the attendee. Participation will not result in, nor is criteria for, any future internship or employment.

During the conference, participants will:

  • Explore career pathways within accounting
  • Benefit from professional development workshops and networking opportunities
  • Experience Deloitte’s culture and commitment to growth, learning, and belonging
  • Receive mentoring from Deloitte professionals and leaders

Required Qualifications:

  • Student at an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in business or a related field with an anticipated final graduation date of 2029-2030
  • Strong academic record, cumulative college/university GPA of 3.2 or above
  • Participants must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Definitive plans to pursue a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or a related field
  • Demonstrated participation in a campus club, society, sports team, or other activity
  • Cumulative college/university GPA of 3.5 of above
